If you live in Martin Acres of South Boulder Colorado, you best be marking your 2011 calendars to be sure that you don't miss anything! Each season Martin Acres has some sort of seasonal tradition to gather and enjoy time with neighbors.
Spring
Eggstravaganza – It's an annual Easter Egg hunt for the little ones completed with colorful plastic eggs with treats and goodies.
Summer
Bastille Day Potluck – A staple event in July, plan on bringing something to grill and French-themed dish. But be sure to take a break and enjoy some volleyball or bocce ball.
Neighborhood Yard Sale – Held each year before CU commences a new school year, this is the perfect time to sell a few unwanted items to your neighbors or neighbors that you don't need anymore.

Fall
Pancake Breakfast – In September there's a fundraiser for Martin Acres’ Neighborhood Association so plan on enjoying some coffee and pancakes!
Pumpkin Decorating Party – Ghosts and ghouls of all ages enjoy pumpkin decorating with all the trimmings while sipping on delicious apple cider made from a man-powered, old fashioned apple press!
Winter
Holiday Party – Mule-drawn wagon rides, Christmas caroling, ornament making cookie decorating and even a visit from Good Ole Saint Nick!
And of course if you are in the Martin Acres community you can get involved by participating or planning. Our local Boulder real estate broker, David Lorraine lives in Martin Acres and is involved with the neighborhood association - he'd be glad to talk if you have any questions.
